The school behind the sweepstakes
Montessori Academy of New Jersey is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Montessori school in Delran, NJ, teaching children from 18 months to 12 years since 1965. It is the oldest AMI-accredited Montessori school in New Jersey. Money raised by this sweepstakes goes toward buying the school a campus of its own, and toward supporting its programs and students.
A campus of our own
For decades the school rented the same campus. When the lease wasn't renewed, we had to move, with little time and no say in the matter. The goal now is a permanent campus the school owns, and the sweepstakes is one of the ways we get there.
- A permanent campus the school owns instead of rents
- Supporting our programs and students
- Growing the financial aid that keeps the school open to more families
"We have the chance to create something lasting: a permanent home for MANJ, designed with intention, grounded in our values, and built to serve generations to come."
Jennie Keith, Head of School, Montessori Academy of New Jersey

Why a school runs a Polaris sweepstakes
Montessori Academy of New Jersey is independent. There is no district budget behind it, and tuition covers the school year, so a building of its own depends on fundraising. A bake sale reaches the families who are already here. A national sweepstakes reaches people who will never visit Delran but like the idea of winning a Polaris and helping a school while they're at it.
The first one, in 2026, raised $68,475 from 1,620 donations. This year's prize is a Polaris side-by-side, chosen with a dealer partner who sells it, plus $5,000 cash on top, to use however you like.
What Montessori means here
Montessori classrooms mix ages, let children choose their work from carefully prepared materials, and give them long, uninterrupted stretches to concentrate. AMI accreditation means the school follows the standards of the organization Maria Montessori founded herself. You can read more about the program, visit days and admissions at manj.org.
